How do I revise personalized items?

Revision of personalized items:

  • Personalized items are made to order. There are NO REVISIONS to the order once you place the order.
  • Verify and double check all personalization BEFORE you submit the order.
  • If you catch something within 24 hrs, you may email us as http://info@jbloomdesigns.com with the revision. HOWEVER – we cannot guarantee the change will be made. If we have already burned the item, it is still the Designer’s responsibility for that item, but we will do our best.
